The Loveliest Skies are a goo pop alternative rock band from Kingsville, Ontario, Canada. Started in 2012 by Matt Upcott, it combines loud gooey guitars resembling a 90’s reunion of Dinosaur Jr., Built to Spill and The Flaming Lips with the sweet, warbling orchestral sounds reminiscent of an old Disney movie score. Everything is tied together with a distinct pop sensibility.
